Malaysian Chicken Curry with Exotic Fragrance

- β1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 can coconut milkfull-fat
- β2 tablespoons Malaysian curry pasteor to taste
- β1/4 cup fragrant basilchopped
- β1/4 cup pecorino cheesegrated
- β2 tablespoons romantic rose petal jellyoptional
- β2 stalks exotic lemongrassbruised
- β1 tablespoon Malaysian fish sauceor to taste
- β1 tablespoon brown sugaror to taste
- β2 tablespoons coconut oilfor frying

Instructions

Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
