- β2 cups Dabouse fresh or frozen dabo
- β2 tsp Exotic spicesuse a mix of berbere, cumin, and coriander
- β1 large Red pepperuse a sweet or hot pepper of your choice
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β1-inch piece Gingergrated
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oilfor frying
- β2 cups Waterfor stewing
- β1 tsp Saltto taste
- β1 tsp Black pepperto taste

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add onion, ginger, and garlic; cook until onion is translucent.

Add red pepper; cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add dabo, exotic spices, salt, and black pepper; stir to combine.

Add water; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low; simmer for 20-25 minutes.
