Egyptian Lentil Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew made with lentils, exotic spices, and served with crispy flatbread.

- β1 cup red lentils
- β2 tsp exotic spice blend
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp cumin
- β1 tsp coriander
- β1 tsp salt
- β4-6 slices flatbreadfor serving

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add lentils, spice blend, cumin, coriander, and salt. Stir to combine.
