Egyptian Lamb Wrap
A flavorful Middle Eastern-inspired wrap filled with tender lamb, crispy lettuce, creamy tahini sauce, and tangy pickled turnips.
Ingredients

- β1 head LettuceChopped
- β1/2 cup TahiniCreamy tahini sauce
- β1 cup Pickled TurnipsChopped
- β4-6 Egyptian Pita WrapsSoft, warm pita bread
- β2 tablespoons Olive OilFor brushing pita bread
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- β1/4 cup ParsleyChopped, for garnish

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, combine lamb, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

Form lamb mixture into 4-6 small patties, depending on desired size.

Grill lamb patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.

Warm pita bread by wrapping in foil and heating in the oven at 350Β°F (180Β°C) for 5 minutes.

Assemble wraps by spreading a layer of tahini sauce on each pita bread, followed by a few slices of grilled lamb, some chopped lettuce, and a spoonful of pickled turnips.
