Moroccan Grilled Steak Fajitas
Succulent steak and crunchy vegetables, marinated in a blend of moroccan spices, grilled to perfection and served with warm flour tortillas.
Ingredients
- β1 lb seffa steakthinly sliced
- β2 exotic pepperseeded and sliced
- β2 tsp moroccan spice blendstore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup brussels sproutshalved
- β1 cup crunchy cabbageshredded
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor grilling
- βto taste saltfor seasoning
- βchopped fresh cilantrofor garnish

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, whisk together moroccan spice blend, olive oil, and salt. Add the sliced seffa steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Remove the steak from the marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired level of doneness.

Meanwhile, grill the sliced exotic pepper and brussels sprouts for 3-4 minutes per side, or until slightly charred.

Warm flour tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the fajitas by slicing the grilled steak against the grain and serving with the grilled vegetables, crunchy cabbage, and a sprinkle of chopped fresh cilantro.
