Lamb and Algerian Wrap
A keto-friendly wrap filled with lamb and Algerian spices, served with crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients
- β250g Lamb mince80/20 lean to fat ratio
- β2 tsp Algerian spicesMix of cumin, coriander, and paprika
- β1 cup Crunchy vegetablesShredded carrots, zucchini, and cucumber
- β1/2 cup Exotic lettuceChoose a mild lettuce like romaine
- β4 wraps WrappingLow-carb tortilla wraps
- β2 tbsp Olive oilFor cooking the lamb
- βto taste Salt and pepperSeason the lamb

1. Preheat a non-stick pan to medium-high heat.

2. Add olive oil and cook the lamb mince until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

3. Add Algerian spices and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

4. Add crunchy vegetables and cook until they start to soften.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Warm the wraps according to package instructions.

7. Assemble the wraps by spooning the lamb mixture onto the center of each wrap, leaving a 2-inch border around the edges.

8. Top with exotic lettuce and fold the bottom edge of the wrap up over the filling.
