Pan-Seared Squid with Asian Flair
A delicious and easy-to-make squid dish with a Chinese twist, featuring a flavorful marinade and a crispy sear.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Exotic oil
- β2 teaspoons Chinese soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Gingergrated
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- βto taste Salt

1. Rinse the squid and pat it dry with paper towels.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the exotic oil, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic to make the marinade.

3. Add the squid to the marinade and coat it evenly.

4. Let the squid marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

5. Preheat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
