Spicy Mexican Sour Noodles
A twist on traditional pasta, this spicy Mexican sour noodles dish combines the tanginess of soured cream with the heat of jalapenos.
Ingredients
- β1/2 cup Canadian sour creamsour cream
- β2 Jalapenoschopped
- β1 tsp Mexican seasoningdried
- β1/2 tsp Cumindried
- β2 tbsp Olive oilfor cooking
- βto taste Saltseasoning
- βto taste Pepperseasoning
- β12 oz Noodlesany type of noodle

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the package instructions.

Drain the noodles and set them aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped jalapenos and cook until they start to soften.

Add the Mexican seasoning, cumin, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.

Add the sour cream to the skillet and stir until it starts to thicken.

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and stir to combine with the sour cream mixture.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the noodles are well coated with the sauce.
