Slovakian Pork Dumplings
A hearty Slovakian dish featuring pork-filled dumplings, perfect for a cold winter's day.
Ingredients
- β500g Pork shoulder
- β2 cups All-purpose flour
- β2 Eggs
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
- β1 package Dumpling wrappers
- β2 tbsp Butter
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley

In a large mixing bowl, combine pork shoulder, flour, eggs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until just combined.

Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the dumpling wrappers according to package instructions.

Remove the dumpling wrappers from the water and place them on a clean surface.

Spoon a tablespoon of the pork mixture onto the center of each dumpling wrapper.

Fold the dumpling in half to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.

In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the dumplings and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
