Smoked Trout Grill

- β4 Trout filletsFresh or frozen
- β2 tsp Smoked paprikaSmoky flavor
- β2 tbsp Lemon juiceFreshly squeezed
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh dillOptional garnish

- βto taste PepperFreshly ground

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400Β°F/200Β°C).

Rinse the trout fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
