Pan-Seared Hake with Australian Flambé Sauce

Ingredients

- ●1/2 cup Australian bush tomatoChopped

- ●1/4 cup Fresh parsleyChopped
- ●1 cup Flambé sauceHomemade or store-bought

1. Season the hake fillets with salt, pepper, and a pinch of energizing chili flakes.

2. In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.

3. Add the hake fillets and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

4. Remove the hake from the skillet and set aside.

5. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and the chopped Australian bush tomato.

6. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the tomato is softened and fragrant.
