Caraway Seed Tagine
A traditional North African stew originating from Morocco, made with aromatic spices and seeds.

- β2 tbsp caraway seed
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 cup chicken broth
- β2 large apricotsdiced
- β1/4 cup pruneschopped
- β2 tbsp flour
- β1 cup water

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, cook until softened (5 min).

Add apricots and prunes, cook for 2 min.

Add flour, cook for 1 min.

Gradually add broth and water, stirring continuously (5 min).

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer (20 min).
