- β100g Stir-fried vegetablesStir-fried vegetables of your choice

Cook the naengmyeon noodles according to the package instructions.

Cook the buckwheat according to package instructions.

Chill the cooked buckwheat in the refrigerator.

Cut the chilled rice into small pieces.

Stir-fry your choice of vegetables and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked naengmyeon noodles, chilled buckwheat, and chilled rice.
