Welsh Rarebit Stir Fry
A twist on the classic Welsh rarebit recipe, incorporating the bold flavors of Chinese cuisine. This dish combines the creaminess of cheese with the crunch of veggies.

- β200g Spinach
- β50ml Effervescent waterFor added moisture
- β2tsp British mustard
- β2tbsp Cooking oilVegetable or peanut oil
- β1tbsp Sesame seedsOptional garnish
- β1tbsp Soy sauce
Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
