Australian Weekend Wrap
A delicious and easy-to-make wrap filled with fregola pasta, vegetables, and your choice of protein.
Ingredients
- β250g Fregola Pasta
- β500g Chicken BreastGrilled or cooked in a pan
- β1 medium Red OnionThinly sliced
- β2 medium CarrotThinly sliced
- β1 medium CucumberSliced
- β1 medium Red Bell PepperSliced
- β2 medium TomatoChopped
- β4 WrapLarge flour wraps

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. Grill the chicken breast for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

3. Cook the fregola pasta according to package instructions.

4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sliced vegetables, and chopped tomato.

6. Warm the wraps by wrapping them in foil and heating them in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
