Traditional Ukrainian Dough Dumplings
Homemade Ukrainian-style dough dumplings are an easy and delicious addition to any meal. These chewy dumplings are perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients
- β2 1/4 cups all-purpose flouruse all-purpose flour for the best results
- β1 cup warm waterwarm water helps the dough come together
- β1/2 teaspoon saltuse kosher salt for the best flavor
- β1 tablespoon vegetable oilfor brushing the dumplings with oil
- β1 cup dough (for dumplings)use homemade or store-bought dough for the dumplings

Combine the flour, warm water, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into 8-10 equal pieces.

Roll out each piece of dough into a thin circle.
