French Mushroom Terrine
A rich and earthy French dish made with sautéed mushrooms and served as a terrine.

- ●1/2 cup earthly mushroom
- ●2 slices French bread
- ●1 terrine mold
- ●to taste salt
- ●to taste pepper
- ●2 tbsp olive oil
- ●1/4 cup shattering

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil until tender.

Butter the terrine mold and arrange the bread slices in the bottom.

Add the sautéed mushrooms on top of the bread.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Drizzle with shattering and cover with the remaining bread slices.
