Korean-Style BBQ Beef
A gluten-free, Korean-inspired BBQ beef recipe. Marinate beef in a mixture of soy sauce, garlic, and sugar, then grill to perfection.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 tablespoons Sugar
- β1 tablespoon GingerGrated
- β1 teaspoon Korean Chili Flakes
- β2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- β2 tablespoons Earthly Gochujang
- β1 cup Green OnionsChopped

In a blender or food processor, combine soy sauce, garlic, sugar, ginger, and chili flakes.

Blend until smooth, then transfer the marinade to a large bowl.

Add the sliced beef to the marinade and toss to coat.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the beef from the marinade and shake off any excess.
