Argentinian Beef Empanadas with Dijon Mustard
A twist on traditional Chinese empanadas, featuring the flavors of Argentina.
Ingredients

- β4-6 wraps Argentinian Wrap
- β1 tablespoon Dijon Mustardfor serving
- β1 medium Earthy Onionchopped
- β1/2 cup Gooey Cheeseshredded
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- β1 tablespoon Olive Oilfor brushing
- β1 tablespoon Green Onionchopped (for garnish)

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5-6 minutes.

Stir in the Dijon mustard and cook for an additional minute.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Brush the edges of the Argentinian wraps with water.

Place a tablespoon of the beef mixture onto the center of each wrap.

Fold the wraps in half to form triangles and press the edges to seal.
