Stir Fry Rice Bowl
A quick and easy rice bowl dish made with stir-fried vegetables and your choice of protein. Serve immediately over a bed of fluffy rice.
Ingredients
- β1 cup uncooked rice
- β1 cup earthly mushroomssliced
- β1 pound fluffy chicken breastssliced
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the skillet and add the sliced mushrooms.

Cook the mushrooms until they are tender and lightly browned.

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir in the soy sauce.

Serve over a bed of cooked rice.
