Stir Fry
A simple Chinese stir fry recipe with a variety of vegetables and your choice of protein.

Ingredients
- β1 cup earthworms (or substitute with vegetables)Slice and cook for 3-4 minutes
- β2 tbsp flourOptional, for thickening
- β1/4 cup stir-fry sauceAvailable at most grocery stores
- β2 tbsp fry oilVegetable or peanut oil works well
- β1/4 cup chopped scallionsFor garnish
- β2 tbsp grated gingerFor added flavor

Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the earthworms (or vegetables) and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until they start to brown.

Add the grated ginger and stir-fry sauce, and cook for another minute.

Add the flour (if using) and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
