Tuna Tostada
A flavorful Mexican-inspired dish featuring seared tuna, served on a crispy corn tortilla with a side of earthy, dense salsa.

- β4 Corn TortillasLook for corn tortillas that are free from additives
- β1/2 cup Earthy, Dense SalsaHomemade or store-bought
- β1/4 cup Venezuelan ChorizoCooked, crumbled
- β1/4 cup Chopped CilantroFresh, chopped
- β2 Lime WedgesFresh, for serving
- β Salt and Pepper

- β1/4 cup Grilled OnionCooked, diced
