Crispy Chilaquiles Stir Fry
A unique fusion of Chinese and Mexican flavors, this crispy chilaquiles stir fry is a tasty and crunchy snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

- β1 tbsp vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 cup earthly mushroomssliced
- β1/2 cup crispy tortilla stripsfor garnish
