Smokey Dried Chicken Stir Fry
A flavorful and savory Chinese-inspired stir fry made with smoky and dried ingredients.
Ingredients
- β500g dried chicken breastcut into small pieces
- β2 tbsp curry pastestore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup dried vegetablessuch as carrots and bell peppers
- β2 tsp smoke oilor substitute with sesame oil
- β2 tbsp citrus juicesuch as orange or lemon
- β1 tsp gingergrated
- β1 tsp garlicminced
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
Instructions

Heat the smoke oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside.

Add the curry paste to the wok and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the dried vegetables and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the citrus juice, ginger, and garlic to the wok and stir to combine.

Return the chicken to the wok and stir to combine with the vegetables and sauce.
