Pan-Seared Rubbed Steak
A classic steak recipe with a dry rub seasoning that adds flavor to the tender steak. This dish is perfect for a dinner meal.
Ingredients
- ●1 Rubbed Steak (1.5-2 pounds)
- ●2 Dry Rub (1 tablespoon)Mix of paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper

- ●1/4 cup Olive Oil (2 tablespoons)For cooking the steak

Preheat the skillet in the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the steak with the dry rub on both sides.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the preheated skillet over medium-high heat.

Remove the skillet from the oven and reduce the heat to medium.
