Dreamy Thai Crepes with Smoky Nutella Filling
A fusion of Thai flavors and French crepes, filled with a smoky Nutella spread and topped with crunchy coconut flakes.
Ingredients
- β8-10 Kanom Buang Wrappersavailable at Asian markets or online
- β2 tbsp Smoked Almond Butteror regular almond butter with a pinch of smoked salt
- β1/4 cup Nutellafor filling
- β1/4 cup Coconut Flakesfor topping
- β2 tbsp Granulated Sugaroptional
- β1 Eggbeaten for egg wash

In a small bowl, mix together Nutella and smoked almond butter until smooth.

Place a kanom buang wrapper on a flat surface.

Brush the edges of the wrapper with beaten egg for a glaze.

Spoon a small amount of the Nutella-smoked almond butter mixture onto the center of the wrapper.

Fold the bottom half of the wrapper up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up the crepe to form a tight cylinder.

Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Just before serving, sprinkle coconut flakes over the top of each crepe.

Serve warm or at room temperature, dusting with granulated sugar if desired.
