Filipino Vegan Tinola
A vegan twist on the classic Filipino chicken tinola soup. This version uses smoked flavor to mimic the savory taste of chicken.

- ●2 cups Filipino TinolaFilipino-style tinola herbal mix
- ●1/4 cup Dillchopped fresh dill for garnish
- ●1/4 cup Picklechopped pickled ginger for added flavor
- ●1 cup Smoked Vegan Chicken Stripsstore-bought or homemade smoked vegan chicken strips

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the Filipino tinola mix and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the chopped pickle and dill, and sauté for another minute.

Add 4 cups of water to the pot and bring to a boil.
