German Lentil Stew

- β1 cup Toor DalRinse and drain before using
- β2 tablespoons Syrian FixGround cumin and coriander blend
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β2 medium CarrotChopped
- β2 medium PotatoChopped
- β2 stalks CeleryChopped
- β2 tablespoons Tomato pasteCrushed
- β4 cups Vegetable brothLow-sodium
- β1 teaspoon SaltTo taste

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion, carrot, potato, and celery; cook until the vegetables are tender.
