Italian Beef Stew
A hearty, comforting stew made with tender beef and flavorful Italian seasonings. Serve with crusty bread for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- β2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- β1 cup Dense Red Wine
- β1 can (15 ounces) Brazilian Brown Beans
- β2 cups Beef Broth
- β1 cup Stew
- βto taste Salt and Pepper
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the Italian seasoning, Brazilian brown beans, stew, beef broth, and Brazilian brown beans.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then cover and transfer to the oven.
