Argentinian Pilaf Bowl
A flavorful and nutritious meal inspired by Argentine cuisine, featuring a hearty pilaf with a hint of spice.
Ingredients

- β1 cup densecooked black beans
- β1 tsp argentinianground cumin
- β1 tsp pilafpilaf spice blend
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
- β1 medium oniondiced
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 medium diced bell pepper

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Add the diced bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked black beans, cumin, and pilaf spice blend. Stir to combine.
