Irish Lamb Pilaf
A hearty and flavorful pilaf dish made with lamb, perfect for a cold evening. This recipe combines the rich flavors of lamb with the comfort of a traditional Irish pilaf.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds lamb shouldercut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 cup riceuncooked
- β2 cups chicken brothlow sodium
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 sprigs thymefresh
- β1 sprig rosemaryfresh
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the lamb and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
