Kenyan Chicken Curry Fettuccine
A unique fusion of Kenyan and Italian flavors, featuring tender chicken in a flavorful curry sauce served over fettuccine pasta.
Ingredients

- β2 teaspoons curry powder
- β1 cup tangy tomato sauce
- β1 teaspoon kenyan spices
- β1 pound fettuccine pasta
- β2 tablespoons olive oil

- β1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and kenyan spices. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
