Spicy Italian Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry dish that combines the spices of Italy with a spicy kick.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Italian sausageCasings removed
- β1 medium OnionThinly sliced
- β1 medium Red bell pepperThinly sliced
- β8 ounces MushroomsSliced
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 teaspoon PaprikaSmoked
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β4 tablespoons Spicy stir-fry sauceHomemade or store-bought

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
