Grilled Portuguese Pork Skewers
A flavorful and easy-to-make dish featuring marinated pork skewers grilled to perfection.
Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together peri-peri sauce, sour orange juice, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Add the pork cubes to the marinade and mix until they are fully coated.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated pork cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
