Thai-Style Skillet Lentils
A flavorful and spicy Thai-inspired dish made with lentils, vegetables, and a hint of cumin. This recipe is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal.
Ingredients

- β1 medium onion, chopped onion
- β2 cloves garlic, minced garlic
- β1 teaspoon ground cumin cumin
- β1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- β2 tablespoons coconut oil
- β2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
- β1 tablespoon soy sauce
- β1/4 cup chopped green onions
