Filipino Chicken Adobo
A classic Filipino dish made with marinated chicken cooked in vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and bay leaves.

Ingredients

- ●1/2 cup vinegarapple cider vinegar or white vinegar
- ●1/4 cup soy sauceor tamari for gluten-free option
- ●4 cloves garlicminced
- ●4 bay leavesfresh or dried
- ●1 teaspoon black pepperfreshly ground
- ●1/2 teaspoon saltor to taste
- ●2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
