Spicy Italian Paella
A unique twist on traditional paella with the bold flavors of Italy and the heat of Spanish peppers.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 medium red bell pepper
- β1 medium yellow bell pepper
- β1 large tomato
- β2 cups chicken broth
- β1 cup white wine
- β1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic and sautΓ© until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the red and yellow bell peppers and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the tomato and cook until it starts to break down, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the Arborio rice and stir to coat with the oil and mix with the vegetables.

Add the chicken broth, white wine, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover.
