Moroccan Seffa Pie
A rich and dense Moroccan pie with a variety of spices, perfect for a special occasion or dinner party.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, crumbled Seffa
- β1 package, store-bought or homemade Dough
- β1/2 cup Deliciously spiced sugar
- β1/4 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- β1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- β1 tsp Ground ginger
- β1/2 tsp Ground cloves
- β1/4 tsp Salt
- β2 Eggs, beaten
- β1/4 cup Confectioners' sugar

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch, and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together the crumbled seffa, spiced sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt.

Add the beaten eggs to the seffa mixture and mix until well combined.

Pour the seffa mixture into the pie crust and smooth the top.

Bake the pie for 40-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.
