Delicious Irish Lamb Stew

- β1.5 kg Lamb shoulder
- β2 medium Onion
- β4 medium Carrots
- β3 large Potato
- β1 cup frozen Peas
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 tbsp All-purpose flour
- β1 cup Red winedry red wine
- β2 cups Beef stockhomemade or store-bought
- β2 sprigs Thyme

Instructions

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add lamb, cook until browned on all sides.

Remove lamb, set aside.

Add onion, carrots, and potatoes, cook until tender.
