Croatian-Style Corn Sandwich
A fusion of Indian and Croatian flavors, this sandwich is a delightful twist on traditional cuisine. The corn adds a sweet and crunchy texture.

- β1 cup Corn kernels
- β8 oz Cottage cheese
- β1/2 cup Chopped cucumber
- β1/2 cup Chopped tomato
- β2 tbsp Chutney
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantrochopped
- β2 tbsp Mayonnaise

Preheat a panini press to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Toast the Croatian bread slices for 2-3 minutes.

In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, chopped cucumber, and chopped tomato.

Spread a layer of mayonnaise on each toasted bread slice.

Add a layer of the cottage cheese mixture on top of the mayonnaise.
