Lamb Paella with Irish Twist
A twist on the classic Spanish dish, this lamb paella incorporates Irish ingredients for a unique flavor profile. The citrusy note from the lemon pairs perfectly with the rich flavor of lamb.

- β2 cups Saffron Rice
- β2 cups Chicken Broth
- β4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- β6 slices Irish Smoked Bacon
- β2 tablespoons Citrusy Lemon Zest
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large paella pan over medium-high heat.

Add the lamb shoulder and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
