- β2 tbsp Butter
- β1 bunch Scallions
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Instructions

Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Butter one side of two slices of bread.

Place the slices, buttered side down, in the skillet.

Add a small amount of butter to the top of each slice.
