- ●1 bunch Bitter greens (such as collard greens or mustard greens)chopped
- ●1 tsp Deliciously smoky paprika
- ●1 tsp Chinese chili oil
- ●1/4 cup Leafy fresh cilantrochopped
- ●2 cloves Garlicminced

Instructions

Heat 1 tsp of Chinese chili oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add 1 tsp of smoky paprika and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the chopped garlic and sauté for another minute.
