Ukrainian-Style Baked Tomato
A delicious and flavorful Indian-inspired dish made with fresh tomatoes baked to perfection. This recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a weekend lunch.

- ●1 tsp ukrainianor dried dill weed as a substitute
- ●1 tsp deliciousor any other spice of your choice
- ●1/4 cup bakebaking powder or baking soda

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Rinse the tomatoes and slice them into wedges.

In a small bowl, mix together the Ukrainian spice and delicious spice.

Place the tomato wedges in a baking dish and sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over them.
