Delicious Greek Gigantes Plaki

Ingredients

- β2 cups plaki
- β1 medium, chopped onion
- β3 cloves, minced garlic
- β2 tablespoons tomato paste
- β1 can (14.5 oz) canned tomatoes
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- β1/4 cup, chopped fresh parsley
