French-Style Boregi
Delicate boregi filled with a rich turkey and cheese mixture, inspired by French cuisine.

- β250g Turkey
- β120g Feta Cheese
- β20g Fresh Parsley
- β1/2 Onion
- β60g Mozzarella Cheese
- β8-10 Tortillas
- β500g Boregi Pastry
- β1 Egg
- β100ml Su (Water)
- β80g Turkish Delicate Cheese

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).

In a bowl, mix together the turkey, feta cheese, parsley, onion, mozzarella cheese, and Turkish Delicate Cheese.

Cut the boregi pastry into squares and place a spoonful of the turkey mixture in the centre of each square.

Brush the edges of the pastry with the egg and fold the pastry over to form a triangle.

Place the boregi on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and brush with su (water).

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
