Delicate Turkish Kofte with Potatoes
A flavorful and light Turkish-inspired dish featuring delicate kofte served with roasted potatoes.
Ingredients
- β2 large Potatoespeeled and cubed
- β1 package Delicate Kofte Mixavailable at most supermarkets
- β1 tsp Turkish Seasoningavailable at most supermarkets
- β1/4 tsp Saltto taste
- β1/4 tsp Black Pepperto taste
- β2 tbsp Olive Oilfor roasting
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Toss potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and black pepper on a baking sheet.

Roast potatoes in the oven for 20 minutes.

While potatoes are roasting, prepare the kofte according to package instructions.

Once potatoes are done, add the kofte to the baking sheet and toss with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and Turkish seasoning.

Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the kofte is lightly browned.

Serve the kofte and potatoes hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
