Spanish-Style Valenciana Chicken Paella
A classic Spanish dish originating from the Valencia region, this paella recipe combines tender chicken, savory rice, and rich seafood flavors.
Ingredients

- β2 teaspoons valenciana spice blend
- β1 cup chwinamul
- β1 cup delicate rice
- β2 tablespoons Spanish olive oil
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 cups chicken broth
- β1 cup water
- β1 cup paella rice
