Delicate Norwegian Salmon with Blackeye Pea Rice Bowl

- β1 tbsp Soy Saucefor salmon
- β1 tsp Sugarfor salmon

2. Season the salmon fillets with salt, sugar, and a drizzle of sesame oil.

3. Bake the salmon in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.

4. In a separate pan, heat some sesame oil and cook the blackeye peas for 2-3 minutes.

5. Prepare the onigiri by filling the nori sheets with a small amount of cooked Japanese short grain rice.
