Grilled Lamb Skewers Italian-Style

- β1/2 cup Mediterranean olives, pitted
- β1 medium Delicate onion, thinly sliced
- β2 tablespoons Fresh oregano, chopped
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- β10-12 Skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
